Polymec is a third generation family run business, which can help to keep your production machines running at their full potential. Commitment to quality and listening to our customer needs have contributed to Polymec becoming a major force in the supply of print finishing rollers and we are able to refurbish folder rollers in state-of-the-art Soft-PU or highly durable Hard-PU. Polymec is also able to refurbish precision drive and feed wheels often found on mailing equipment, printing presses, saddlestitchers, automation and production equipment.

We are a long established processor of polyurethane and foam coverings bonded to rollers and wheels. Our manufacturing facility includes polyurethane moulding equipment, an engineering workshop for repair or machining of small batches of roller cores and wheels. After inspection, all heavy rollers are packaged with nylon protective sleeving, secured in purpose made wooden boxes and shipped overnight. Lighter jobs are firmly packaged in cardboard boxes ready for despatch on a next day service.
