Polymec is well set up to refurbish folder rollers from the smaller folding machines. Whether you are still running an old Faltex or Morgana UFO, or have invested in a modern Eurofold 235 machine, we can offer a fast efficient 2-3 day refurbishment service. Simply remove your rollers from your machine, take off any bearings or gears. Pack them well and let us know they are on the way. We inspect them on arrival and put them into our production, replacing the old polymer segments with the original hardness polyurethane. Then after inspection, all rollers are packaged with nylon protective sleeving and secured in purpose made wooden boxes, ready for despatch on a next day service.
